Shipping Policy

Effective: April 16, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Mahi Pasha Event Design ships, how long delivery takes, and what to do if there is a problem with your delivery.

1. Processing time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page and your order confirmation. Production typically adds 5–10 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons (wedding season, holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, weather, holidays, and destination.

3. Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $500 or more (subtotal before tax), shipped within the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to Express or to destinations outside the contiguous US.

4. Local pickup

If you are local to Orange County, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready and coordinate a pickup time in Laguna Niguel. Pickup is by appointment only.

5. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you are interested in international delivery, please email us at mahi@mahipasha.com for a custom quote.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require longer transit times and, in some cases, an additional shipping surcharge that we will communicate before charging.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also view tracking information at any time under My Orders in your account.

Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment. If tracking information does not update within 3 business days of shipment notification, please contact us.

7. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your address at checkout, especially apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at mahi@mahipasha.com. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Failed delivery & signature requirements

Orders above $500 may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery on subsequent days per carrier policy. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be subject to the address-accuracy terms above.

9. Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for it transfers to you. We encourage shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, your building manager, or other household members
  2. Check alternate locations the carrier may have left it (porch, side door, garage)
  3. Wait 24 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered prematurely
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. If still not found, contact us at mahi@mahipasha.com and we will help file a claim

10. Damaged or lost-in-transit packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive after the carrier’s expected delivery window, please see our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Save all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

11. Taxes & duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination as required by US state law. The displayed total at checkout includes all applicable taxes.

12. Shipping delays beyond our control

We work with established carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery against events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions or labor actions
  • Customs delays (for territories or international shipments)
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses you provided
  • Holiday volume or other peak-season delays
