Return & Refund Policy

Effective: April 16, 2026

We want you to love every piece you order from Mahi Pasha Event Design. If something is not right, this policy explains how to return it and what to expect.

1. Standard return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unused, and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Free of damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by the order number or the emailed order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items are returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom and personalized items — including hand-lettered welcome signs, monogrammed pieces, and anything made or modified to your specifications
  • Made-to-order items produced specifically for your event
  • Perishable items such as florals or edibles
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Final-sale items as marked on the product page
  • Items marked “as is” or sold at a clearance discount

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email us at mahi@mahipasha.com with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return and why.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Please do not return items without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

5. Return shipping

  • Customer returns (change of mind, fit, style): you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 14 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank, then contact us at mahi@mahipasha.com.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong item. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original (subject to this policy) and place a new order.

8. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mahi@mahipasha.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and the packaging as it arrived

We will arrange a replacement, full refund (including original shipping), or store credit at your choice, and cover all return shipping costs. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

9. Late or lost refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected window:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit-card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund posts
  4. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund, contact us at mahi@mahipasha.com

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift-giver.

11. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately at mahi@mahipasha.com. Orders for custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
